Privacy policy
Updated 16 October 2026
W3BCO uses information you choose to share when contacting us, such as your name, email address and project details, to respond to enquiries and discuss services. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; this website does not store form submissions in a database. WhatsApp and Upwork links take you to third-party services governed by their own policies. Google Fonts is used to deliver website typography and may receive connection information such as your IP address. We do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts in this website. Hosting providers may process technical access logs for security and operation. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential client data in an initial enquiry. For privacy questions or requests about information you have sent to us, contact danbrock007@gmail.com.
Website assistant and contact tools
The service assistant searches public W3BCO service information, technical FAQs, project descriptions and supplied client feedback. If you enable AI matching, browser software and a language embedding model are downloaded from jsDelivr and Hugging Face. Matching runs in your browser; this implementation does not send your question to a generative AI API or store your conversation on our server. These download providers receive ordinary connection information. The assistant provides service guidance and does not confirm pricing or project commitments.
WhatsApp and email actions open a prepared message using the details you enter. You choose whether to send it in the external application. Do not share passwords or sensitive account data through the assistant.
Contact form processing & map services
Email enquiries are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to danbrock007@gmail.com. Your submitted name, email, service and message are shared with that provider to deliver the enquiry. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information. The coverage map uses Leaflet assets and OpenStreetMap tiles, which receive normal browser request information when loaded.
